Thanks to the UJIA, Leo Baeck College and the NPLS Events Committee, the Cheder has produced this innovative ‘glass’ Haggadah. Each class, including our youngest students in Aleph (school year 1), has presented their version of one, two or three pages from a virtual Haggadah produced by Rabbi Hillel, working on Perspex in glass paints and glass mosaics.
Thanks are due to our sponsors, to all the teachers involved in organising the work, to Rabbi Hillel for the structure of the work, to those in the office who helped format the Hebrew, paginate, copy and collate, and to Barbara Fisher and Tony Sacker who kindly hung this exhibition, and lastly, but certainly not least, to our students whose hard work, creativity and enthusiasm gave us this wonderful artwork.
